Countdown to 60 - A Mindful Journey
|
This E-book is a follow-on to the Trilogy of 365 Days of Photographic Musings.
In Autumn 2018 two years have passed since the last book was published. Once again this book takes the reader through collected quotes, haikus and musings. This time the emphasis is on time - how time flies when you are not looking, a new milestone in age was on the horizon when this book's writing commenced. A Journey that started in 2013 after the parting of Delphiris' Feline Tiffany. As in her previous work book - a Pocket Retreat - 'Embrace Life with a Smile in your Heart' Delphiris authentically reveals her own journey, the ups and downs of her own Heart, her troubles, her joys. Maybe you too find yourself in there as at the end of the day We are all One, we are all connected with our Hearts. Insights, Thoughts, new Beginnings. Simply be - begin! |

Reviewing the title and contend of the book to summorise:
The photos all have the message about being more considerate and mindful..
But this one is more about how you see this more and more in light of growing older...
Not that you...
Or I...
are old lol, but you know what I mean?
This book is like a calming balm.
The pictures and reflections take you away from the stress and superficiality that so often invade our lives.
They bring you back to a simpler life.
To other and more solid values.
To a secret garden or forest or beach....
Whatever you prefer...
Where you need not compete or compromise.
You can just be yourself.
The photos are beautiful.
They are taken in a very beautiful part of England. And the little philosophical poems or reflections can give life to your own reflections:
On what is important,
what is worthwhile,
what is meant to be and
what is meant to be left behind.
So take a break... Look at the wonderful photos. Let the reflections inspire your own reflections. Life is meant to be lived
